    We DID NOT have the gratuity tip automatically added to bill!  After reading all the posts about it-we were ready for it.  I have to explain that I thought the service and food were good!

    Right away there's a 18% gratitude on the menu ??!
    FYI: I didn't go up to pay so not sure if they have charge us for this , since my wife was the one that went up to pay.

    The pho, I had Vietnamese pho before in Tampa, they had way more flavor, this one is really hard to swallow , ended up not finishing . (Could have use more condiment to help, but I know it's not how this type of pho is

    Other dish, just not up to par .

    The sandwich was ok.

    First time here and I wouldn't come back, just not worth my time.

    18% tip added automatically in 2 persons tab! Nasty! This restaurant needs a serious audit . Are they even legally allowed to do so? Added tips without letting you know, the only thing they hand over for you to sign in the signature page. Beware.

    Food is definitely good, unfortunately, sneaky practice and bad customer service . Here is what fellow customer should do, if this happens to you, make sure to file police report, file credit card chargeback. These guys needs. Lesson. Definitely nasty , illegal and theft by adding tips without permission.

    I can certainly understand if you guys added tips to 5 or more people. But 18% to 2 person? Seriously ?

    Phuc vu nhu cc. Đi có 2 nguoi cũng cong tien tip vô là sao? Bánh mì mua đem ve mo ra coi thì bi khét het ca nua o, vô thùng rác luôn.

    Bad service, tips included with just 2 people. To-go sandwich was burned half of it, tossed in the garbage.

    We come here all the time and this is the first time we're disappointed in the pho.  The broth is pretty bland and no flavor, it doesn't matter how much I put more ingredients (condiments) in.  It's not worth the gratuity on top of the amount.
